A: Phone / Fax / Order online

- A1: Welcome to call or fax directly to place orders.
- A2: If you order online: Click on the desired product, select the desired color/quantity/size, and then add it to the shopping cart. You can view and modify the existing purchase content at any time in the shopping cart on the top. If you have confirmed the purchase content and verified the correct delivery information, you can enter the payment process

C: Confirm order

- C1: Orders received after 5:00pm will be processed on the next working day.
- C2: After your order is confirmed, we will immediately arrange the delivery for you.
- C3: If we are unable to contact you and the order cannot be confirmed, your order will be cancelled.
- C4: If some goods are temporarily out of stock or have a long delivery time, we will notify customers by email or phone, arrange another delivery time or cancel the order.
 
  
   

D: Delivery time

- D1: When your ordering procedure is completed, we will give you an order number to check the order progress.
- D2: After your order is confirmed, we will immediately arrange the delivery for you.
- D3: Shipping time 3-5 working days, under normal circumstances, the shipping time and place are as follows:
        Hong Kong: Every Tuesday and Friday
        Kowloon area: every Monday, Thursday and Saturday
        New Territories: Every Wednesday and Saturday
        Tseung Kwan O: Every Monday and Thursday
        The airport, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, and remote areas need further confirmation , the company reserves the right of final interpretation.
 
- D4: Delivery areas include Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories, industrial and commercial buildings
- D5: Residential, outlying islands or village houses are not included
- D6: Delivery time; Monday to Saturday 9:00 ~ 18:00
- D7: Closed on Sundays and public holidays
- D8: In case of severe weather, such as the hoisting of the No. 8 gale or the black rainstorm warning, the delivery service will be delayed or other arrangements will be made.
 

E: Delivery service

 
- E1: Customers can enjoy our delivery service for free, but they must meet the following minimum consumption. If the consumption is lower than the minimum consumption, we will charge an additional delivery fee: -
 
- E2: Minimum spending: HK$500 and up (based on different regions)
- E3: If the minimum consumption is not met, additional delivery fee-HK$100 up (based on different regions)
- E4: Special Offer in Kowloon Bay Area Minimum spending : $150 Same-day or next-day delivery
- E5: In remote or remote areas, the minimum consumption and delivery fees will be determined according to different situations. -
- E6: If individual customers are due to special circumstances, such as delivery time, no elevator service, no parking lot, required parking lot fees or tolls, the company will draw up the minimum consumption and additional delivery fees according to different circumstances.
- E7: After confirming the order, our company will deliver it between 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- E8: Private customers and corporate customers who often go out to work, please provide a valid mobile phone number. If the customer cannot be contacted within the delivery time, the company reserves the right to cancel the order or ignore it.
- E9: Residential customers are required to pay their own shipping charges upon receipt
- E10: If the customer's delivery location is a construction site, please arrange for meeting at the gate to receive the goods.
 

F: Pick up at store

- F1: If the customer has not reached the minimum delivery amount, they can choose to pick up the goods by our company, but they must notify 2 hours in advance or confirm with the salesperson before picking up
 
 

G: Goods return

- G1: If the customer finds that the product is damaged, the product is not suitable for use, and the wrong choice is made when ordering, and the request is returned or replaced, the company will replace or return the product at its discretion according to different circumstances. The company reserves the right of final interpretation and the right not to accept Returns.
- G2: When returning the product, it must be valid with the complete original packaging, all parts and accessories, and the company's invoice. If the product is damaged or repaired by itself, it will not be returned.
- G3: Custom made products and printed products will not be returned or exchanged.
 

H: Membership system

- H1: The membership system can help you record personal information, delivery information, etc. If you are visiting for the first time, please provide detailed information such as user name, phone number, delivery address, etc. The next time you make a purchase, just enter your user name and password, and you do not need to fill in multiple information repeatedly.
